The school was taken over on 21.10.2002 by Empee Educational & Charitable Trust who are pioneers in running educational institutions. The administration is vested with an autonomous Governing Body under the chairmanship of Mr. M.P. Purushothaman and Correspondent Mrs. Sheena Purushothaman. The School has the state of the art science laboratories in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science to cater to the needs of the children in science subjects.
